We recently listed and sold our home using 395 Realty. Initially, we were going to list our home FSBO but read some good reviews about 395 and decided to give it a shot. In hindsight, going this route has been one of the best real estate decisions we've ever made! Kevin Hopkins didn't just work with us during every step of the way, he provided invaluable advice and direction throughout the entire process. When he said he was available "at any time," he wasn't kidding. I don't think we ever waited for more than 15 mins for him to call us back or respond to email. He has a proven track record and his decades of experience is salient in his service. If we had to do it again (which we hopefully won't for a LONG time), we would definitely go with 395 Realty again.
We worked with Kevin Hopkins at 395 Realty and our experience was Spectacular!!! When we wanted to list our home for sale, we were looking for a helpful & reliable realtor that would save us some money with the hefty realtor fees. That is exactly what we got. We initially had a thorough phone conversation with Kevin to set our plan for listing. He then came out to our home a few days before we wanted to list the home. He recommended a higher price point than we were planning (which made us even more money). A photographer came out the next day and then he listed it on MLS (and then it appeared on Zillow, Redfin, etc.) at the time we had decided. We got between 10-20 showings over the next 2 days. Most importantly, we got 3 offers. Kevin talked to us about each offer and gave us his input, but never pushed his opinion on us. Rather, he guided us and allowed us to make the best decision for us. We ended up accepting an offer above asking approximately 36 hours after it was listed!!! Kevin offers a flat rate option, which saved us significant money on the seller’s fee. Additionally, we discussed what we should offer for the buyer’s agent fee. Again, he guided us, but allowed us to make the decision. We set it to 2% (rather than the normal 3%) and saved additional money here. We did not feel that this lower percentage affected our home’s salability. In the end, we paid 2% buyer’s fee + 395 flat rate fee, much less than the traditional 6% fee. We ended up saving OVER $20,000 in Realtor Fees! A traditional realtor would not give you any additional services, except much HIGHER Fees! Kevin helped us throughout the process all the way till the home was closed. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. Most importantly, he helped guide us but never pushed us to make a decision we weren’t comfortable making. He communicated well with us throughout the process. We had a great experience with 395 Realty that exceeded our expectations and would recommend them to anyone and would use Kevin again!!!

Kevin at 395 Realty the best realtor we've worked with in the greater KC area. He gave us accurate information, wise guidance and excellent marketing for our property. His flat fee service seems to good to be true, but the service was even better than expected. Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough good things about Kevin and his team. I had used a different flat fee MLS listing service in the past to sell our condo on Hilton Head Island and although as advertised - the only service provided was the listing on MLS. The experience with Kevin and his team was completely different, it was equivalent to having a full-service broker working for you. Kevin was always available to answer any questions and guide us through the negotiation process. His professionalism and responsiveness were beyond our expectations. We saved thousands compared to using a full-service broker and could not be happier with our decision. I highly recommend them if you’re considering selling your home, Kevin and his team went above and beyond to help us sell our home.
