I would like to state I would highly recommend Ms. Erika King to close friends, or anyone in need of first rate realty services in NYC. She demonstrates all the best qualities of a realtor, knowing how to combine a personal, caring approach with vast proficiency. And doing so, naturally - and well! I just purchased a home in New York city, and was not very versed in the area, nor what purchasing a home in NYC entailed, and she truly did everything in her power and capacity to alleviate those feelings of confusion that resonated with me. Her communication is stellar and outstanding with her clients. I was apprised on all the intricacies every step of the way. There were so many moving pieces and she always assured we were on the same page. Its not uncommon at closing, for their to be questions or concerns looming. I had no further concerns whatsoever. Mrs. Mildred King was an awesome, friendly, and efficient Realtor. The first Realtor with another company refused to be the Realtor because she felt it was going to take too long to sell the house and there was a chance that a court appearance would be necessary to sell the house. Mrs. King did not hesitate to assist in the selling of the house. We did not have to go to court and it was sold in a timely manner. I highly recommend this Mrs. King as your Realtor. She will work hard and go the extra mile to ensure your house is sold.

Hello. My name is Mr. Matthews. I haven't written a public review in a long time. But recently, I wanted to share the excellent service that I received from Mr. Anthony Saddler. I had a property that I recently wanted to sell. Not having dabbled in real estate in years, I had lost my bearings. I was recommended to Mr. Saddler by a friend of the family, who gave me a glowing report on him as well. Mr. Saddler responded to my phone call immediately. He was understanding, knowledgeable, attentive, and, most importantly, easy to talk to, and he did not push any high-pressure tactics. That went a long way for me. I explained what and how I wanted things done, and he gave me honest feedback that helped me manage my expectations given today's real estate climate.
Once the specifics and easy-to-read contracts had been ironed out, Mr. Saddler began listing and advertising the property. He continually stated that based on his years of service and experience, he felt confident that the house would sell sooner rather than later.
