Charles was recommended by a family member, and he was great to work with. We decided to look for a home last minute, and he was able to accommodate our schedule and show us several houses. During the offer and closing processes, he jumped in and resolved issues quickly and avoided a couple of potential disasters! We recently had the great pleasure of having Charles as our realtor when we went though the process of purchasing our first home.
From the moment we met him to look at houses, we knew we’d hit the jackpot. He is so kind, knowledgeable and just awesome to be around!
He went above and beyond for us and he was there every step of the way to answer any —big and small— questions we threw at him. 2 years ago at the beginning of Covid we had started house hunting due to some family health issues, and needed to find somewhere more handicapped accessible. Charles was wonderful, helping us find the perfect home across town in May of 2020. So when my future son- in-law was looking for a house that August, we felt confident recommending Charles to him as well. Again this summer I reached out to Charles when we were finally ready to sell our old home, and his knowledge and assistance were invaluable in navigating the process of negotiating a successful sale. He's friendly, trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, and was exactly the right person for our needs. My family and I enjoyed working with Charles Ross! This has been a long journey for us and he’s been there every step of the way! What we enjoyed most was Charles honesty! When we walked into a home, he didn’t just look at the cosmetics of the home but the foundation, checking for cracks in the ceiling, checking for water damage, checking to make sure the home wasn’t in a flood zone, wanting to know the age of the roof; all things that a buyer wouldn’t think to ask! Charles shared his experiences with homes and we came out knowing so much more than when we began! In the middle of our home search, my husband & I decided to look into a city farther out. Charles didn’t cover that area but he put us into the hands of someone who was just as knowledgeable. I called the realtor “ Charles Jr” because of his honesty and wisdom about homes.
