This time she did a fantastic job of dealing with a difficult situation with my former condo management company diplomatically and professionally. Additionally, her team worked diligently and swiftly to coordinate and complete the panoply of inspections, certifications, and fees (so many fees) which massachusetts demands. Our home was 65 years old and some of the systems were near the end of their service lives. Kim Cook, acknowledged these, but promoted the (non-glitzy) strengths of the house (energy efficient, private back yard, commuter location). Her minor inputs and personal supplies helped get our house ready to go on the market quickly. Her market knowledge and pricing enabled us to get multiple offers (over asking) in just four days. Her support did not stop once we had an accepted offer. As we were getting our belongings ready to move, she let us use the dumpster at her office which was a God-send. Even after the closing she helped address some open issues. Bottom line is Kim went the extra mile on multiple occasions to make the process less stressful. FYI, I'm a home inspector so know over 1000 real estate agents, but don't know of many who provide this type of outstanding service. She is also a really nice person who likes helping others. Hard to fine these days. Kim ROCKS!!!!

Kim Cook is the best realtor hands down! We've used her for several property sales, but this last experience really highlighted how above and beyond Kim is willing to go to help her clients.
She is kind, smart and thoughtful but more importantly, she is so well versed in real estate that she can effortlessly navigate the changing market trends. A big plus for clients!
She personally hung our curtains, washed our floors, dropped off donations to help us out AND even won over our elderly chihuahuas!
Kim provides great insight and lays-outs various options so her clients can make educated decisions. She is in no way pushy. Even if you choose a different option than she suggests, Kim wholeheartedly goes along to support your choice. We have worked with other realtors in the past but will likely never work with another in the future!
