Had an amazing experience working with Adriana!! Adriana was super knowledgeable on the jersey city market. She listened to what I was looking for and showed me 2 properties in an afternoon on quick notice. She genuinely wanted to ensure I was happy with the place before signing the lease. Adriana was in contact with me through the lease signing process and has been able to simplify the process and answer all my questions.

I recommend working specifically with Vito Del Forno. Did not have the same good experience with another associate here but Vito is great. He was able to show me an upcoming rental before it was listed which gave me the opportunity to commit and sign without the hassle of competing with other potential renters. He is quick to respond to texts and follows up with phone calls for important matters.

I worked with John during my first time searching for an apartment and he was fantastic. He was always available to answer my questions despite my lack of knowledge on renting and was able to effectively ease me into the process and explain everything I needed to know. During the tour he gave me of a rental, he was able to answer every question I had while telling me more about the property than I had thought to ask about, making sure I knew everything I needed to to make an informed decision. I really enjoyed working with John and would happily recommend him to anyone searching for a rental or place to live in the Jersey City area.
