Highly recommend the DeLeon team. Very impressed with the attentiveness and professionalism. Audrey (agent), Nitasha (designer), and team were responsive and did a phenomenal job in making sure the house was ready to sell. The end result looked amazing.
The whole process was seamless and quickly done. No detail was too small for them. They delivered on all aspects (staging, answering questions, logistics, contracts, one-off requests) resulting in the house selling quickly.

This is a great company. Because I was selling a home for which I was a trustee and live in New York City, I needed a realty company that understood the Palo Alto, CA market well. I was referred to DeLeon by a friend. Once I contacted them, I never looked back. My first encounter was with Alex Wilbur, who understood the market up to the minute. I had great interactions with everyone on the staff (and the title company they use) - including Serena, who helped my family run an estate sale, Margie, who worked through a number of suggestions to improve the house and created a stunning staging, and Karen - who held our hand and helped us fill out complex forms and solve numerous small problems all the way through closing. And all along the way, Alex was there, sometimes in the foreground and sometimes in the background, making sure that everything was on track. This team earned every penny of their commission. I recommend them strongly to anyone needing a good reality company in the Palo Alto area
