We worked with Ed & John to find our first home. John pleasantly walked us through the house buying experience since we were new to everything. We did house tours with both Ed & John. They were extremely helpful with finding our house. They got to know us so they knew which potential houses could be a good fit. They didn't try to force us into anything we didn't want or try to rush us into anything. Once we chose a house, they were very accommodating throughout the experience and scheduled around our times. Everything was made clear and simple from the first meeting until closing day. I would without a doubt recommend Dwell360 to anyone in the market.
EDIT: We worked with the Dwell360 team again in 2022 (to sell the condo they helped us find in 2017) and again to help us buy our new construction home in 2023. The professionalism is unmatched by the entire team. We had no experience with new construction and Ed and John were extremely knowledgeable and fought on our side the whole way to help us get the house of our dream! Having worked with John and Ed both as a buyer and a seller, I can honestly say I would not consider working with anyone else. They are sharp, professional, patient, and thoughtful, and their knowledge of the Massachusetts market is second to none.
