Liz is hands down our favorite realtor we’ve ever worked with. We’ve rented and purchased multiple times across multiple states and Liz, by far, was the most efficient, effective, responsive and knowledgeable realtor we worked with. She really kept our best interest at heart and helped us find a forever home in Irvine for our family. She is always highly responsive at any time throughout the day and during the weekends and worked diligently to negotiate on our behalf with the seller. There were many times where my husband and I were willing to accept certain terms that weren’t as favorable to he but she managed to negotiate the seller into much more favorable terms and repairs. My husband and I kept repeating how lucky we are to have had her help in our buying experience. In fact, the actual prior owner of the home came to our final walkthrough and immediately wanted her to help him in his future transactions despite having a good relationship with his current agent.

Liz just sold our property within a few days of listing it in Irvine, CA during a slower season of the year (October/November). The overall process was a breeze with her assisting. From preparation, staging, marketing, listing and discussing the listing price. She and her husband are real professionals and experts at what they do.
I have worked with Liz for the past several years as she helped me rent out the property as we moved out of state a few years ago. She helped with tenant screening, marketing, showing, setting the appropriate market price and best of all took care of all the day-to-day property management and maintenance calls.
