Let me first start off by saying AJ Davis, Realtor, has been GREAT, Throughout this entire process from start to finish he has been exceptional, professional and consistent. This is my first time buying a home and it was something that I will never forget, as this can be very difficult with all the different unforeseen issues, it was def a roller coaster ride of ups and downs, but let me say this AJ told me he's going to be there with me every step of the way, which he was! from the fist time meeting him at a viewing until the very end when I closed on June 27, 2023. He reassured me everything would be okay and he really did that, he went above and beyond what many other Realtor's wouldn't do. He answered all of my many questions and listened to all of my concerns, explained to me in great detail each and every step of the this life changing event, he was very detailed about the documents I was signing. Took his time and read/went over each and ever paragraph in the documents and what they meant, AJ was definitely God sent, because the other Realtor I was dealing with prior to meeting AJ, did none of the above and I met that Realtor a year ago. In the short time that I worked with AJ (within 4 months, I'm a homeowner), I saw my current home and sent AJ the information, he was on it and got me an appt to view the home ASAP, I couldn't recommend AJ enough to anyone because he was just that GREAT! I will DEFINATELY use AJ DAVIS, REAL ESTATE AGENT- Executive Real Estate, again in the near future. I've been telling everyone what a great agent AJ is! Dealing with AJ Davis was truly a blessing.

Amy is amazing. I interviewed three agencies before deciding which agency I wanted to work with. The minute I met Amy I knew she was perfect for my situation. Her professionalism and commitment to her clients stood out above all. I had lived in my home for 15 years and raised 2 boys. For me it was time to start a new chapter in my life. Amy’s knowledge of the market and skill was a tremendous help in pricing my home accurately and effectively. Her patience and ability to listen and understand my needs for my new home was just as vital. I can’t say thank you enough for having the pleasure of working with Amy and her team through out my home selling and buying experience. When the time comes for me to move into my next adventure “retirement” I will with out a doubt be excited to have Amy and her team by my side helping me with my retirement journey.
