We met Regina Wilcox during a time when my husband's and I were really trying to pursue the next steps of our lives. We had so many questions and so many unknowns and Regina helped us sell our home. Every visit, she was careful to ask permission about viewing things, what was going, what was staying & what our end result was just to name a few. She had completely done extensive research so that she could tell us every house comparable to ours within the time frame and in our neighborhood and what we might consider to increase value and reach broader interest. She has many years experience (well over a decade) and it shows very well. She is always professionally dressed. She made sure to acknowledge our daughter by name every visit and every conversation just checking on us when we were sick. While we were in the final stages of getting the house ready for market, Regina offered to help do things and bring us food if it was needed. She was not hovering, by any means. She is, quite literally, an answer to many prayers that had lasted over a decade but she never could have known that because we'd only met her a few months before. We had decided to list the house on December 1st and if it had not been for utilities dragging their feet it would have been on the market that day and not 4 days later however, after putting our house on the market, a little over 24 hours later we'd had 5 people view it and it was sold. Our realtor was so on top of things that not only did it sell within a day but it closed 27 days later and we didn't have to leave the office before the check was in our hands. She'd done her homework, is confident and so knowledgable. She helped us bring the price of our home up by almost $30,000 more than we'd thought because she knows her profession. She's wise and precious. She and her husband had staged our home, with our permission and input, booked the professional photographer within days of finding out our dates of installation and repair and the photos were magazine worthy. She was so wonderful to us that we've already decided she's going to be our forever realtor and now she's, also, our sweet friend. You can trust her to do the details and protect your best interest while being completely honest as well. She knows her stuff and she'll make sure you have all of it at your fingertips, too. Cassie Roberts is one of the most patient, caring people we have been blessed to work with. Meeting her 6+ years ago she took nearly every weekend to show us homes for over a year. She made the purchase easy and understandable. 4 1/2 years later she is who we called to list the same home. While working with us to sell, she again committed to finding our next home.
