Katelyn, Dean and Kylie were extremely informative throughout the process - keeping us constantly updated as to what was going on with our process, the market data, explaining in detail where we might have needed more insight, etc. Can't reccomend this group enough if you're selling your home in the Nashville area - I haven't bought with them (as I wasn't looking to at the time of selling my home), but I'm sure the experience is just as great! :)

My agent, Dean, was super helpful my entire home buying process. He was realistic about pricing, never tried to get me in to something above my range, and was easy to contact at all hours of the day. We saw about a dozen houses together, and scheduling was very easy and often we saw a house the same day it was listed. Once we were under contract, Dean went to bat for me in the negotiation process. His standards are second to none and he made sure my home was ready to go on move in day. I never felt nervous or anxious during the negotiations. Everything was explained well, and if I didn't understand, I could just ask him to explain it to me like I'm 5! I couldn't be more thankful for the help from him and his team through the entire process.

I had such a wonderful experience buying our home with Fykes realty. Our agent, John Griffith, listened very carefully to our needs and our budget. They put us in touch with financial people to get our lender pre-approval letter ready and created a webpage where we could search and save properties that fit our exact needs at our leisure. There was no hard selling, it was all super relaxed. But on the flipside, they were extremely responsive when we did want something. John was on call to answer questions throughout the whole process and showings were arranged within 24 hours. It was all very fun, really! They made it so easy and stress-free.
I love my new house! I loved the process! I have recommended Fykes Realty to everyone I know!

Had an extremely positive experience with Fykes Realty group. We highly recommend them for your next move. The team of John Griffin and Kylie Moore listened to our needs and were very patient with us and offered extremely insightful information about the housing market as we looked at various areas of Nashville. We ended up with a house and area that we are very happy with. We also received great support from Kim in the office. The Fykes team also helped our son find a house as well. Very pleased all around.
