Hello everyone my name is Ethan. I am being relocated for my job and unfortunately I do no qualify for an apartment due to my animals so I knew I would have to be in the market to purchase a home. So I looking around on Google for a realtor in Arizona (phoenix area) and Jesse Abarca popped up. I called Jesse and explained the situation and he said to me "don't worry! We have your back" and immediately got me in touch with a credit agency to get my approved loan and started getting the ball rolling on things. Just a couple of weekends ago we let Jesse know that we were flying out there for 1 day to come and look at some houses and he did not hesitate on anything with the short time that I gave him! We arrived in Arizona and Jesse was there early and was waiting for our arrival to the office! He welcomed us in and broke down everything we needed to know and searched up all the homes that were in the criteria that we were looking for. There was quite a few home and we were happy to know that! One thing I will say about Jesse is that he a man of his word! I am the type of person that is picky on who I work with and Jesse was just amazing to be dealing with. He has not missed a single phone call from me and I'm a 3hr different time zone then him. He is very respectful and very dependable because he does not play around. If you want something, he will give it his 100% to achieve it and that is exactly what he has done for me!! I will be coming back in about 2 weeks to my new home all in thanks to Jesse and his great team! Without them, I'd still be dealing with the hassle of getting a home before my start date. Thank you so much Jesse, you have made a huge impact with my transition to Arizona and I hope much others get to work with you as I have never met a better realtor than you! I would like to thank Jesse Abarca and his team for helping us sell our home. Our house had been on the market for over 6 months and he did not hesitate to step in and take on the challenge. He did the first open house within the first week he took over and made sure our house was up to par as we had already relocated. Our house was under contract in the same month!!!!
He was knowledgeable and professional and always sought our best interest. He answered any questions asked and was always readily available. The process was smooth and flawless.
