This is pertaining to Jeremiah Axt. We chose him as a real estate agent because I have known him for a long time, and considered him a friend. We were first time home buyers looking for a home for our two children to grow up in. After going under contract on a house, it fell through. Jeremiah then offered to help pay for inspections on the next house we went under contract on—as a friend. We went under contract on another house, and that deal also fell through. Then I get a phone call from the inspection company telling me that Jeremiah was no longer going to contribute towards the payment. This is followed by an email from Jeremiah telling me that this was all business and started to list all the things we did wrong. Some points that he tried to make were a complete 180 from what he had said before. He is the real estate agent, he knows what he is doing—that’s why his job is to guide us. Now between these two houses we have lost over 6k , and we have put our house search on hold while we recover our finances. We cannot keep trying to find a house with an agent who is not on our side. This has made us very wary of looking at Keller Williams in the future for our real estate needs. I would also like to add, he told us that the seller’s real estate agent called us price gouging house flippers in response to our price reduction request, and after contacting her, she said that this never happened. His ethics are very questionable.
I used Moonlight Realty to buy my house in Asheville NC. They where awesome. The seller had several issues that came up and almost killed the deal....but our agent made it happen. It really was a great deal and everyone should use this company.
Amazing group of Agents with great principles they aspire to...see below THE KELLER WILLIAMS BELIEF SYSTEM At the core of Keller Williams Realty is a conviction that who you are in business with matters. We believe that the company we keep can contribute to our lives in untold ways. To help cement this understanding, we’ve formalized a belief system called the WI4C2TS that guides how we treat each other and how we do business. Win-Win: or no deal Integrity: do the right thing Customers: always come first Commitment: in all things Communication: seek first to understand Creativity: ideas before results Teamwork: together everyone achieves more Trust: starts with honesty Success: results through people
Fifth home purchase and Laurie Reese is by far the best realtor I've dealt with. Takes ownership in the process, anticipates your needs, follows through, consistently pleasant. Highly recommend her and a great image for the company.
Very disappointed in our experience with agent BILL DEVORE, Keller-Williams (Asheville.) After coming to look at property we were thinking of selling, he stated that he would "run some numbers" to see what we could list it at. Mr. Devoe assured us that we would hear back from him the next day, or later that week. We never heard from him again. We found out later that he would not take our listing as he deemed it a harder property to sell. Mr. Devoe is apparently only interested in quick sales and higher dollar properties. Highly unprofessional, and I would advise anyone to steer clear of this particular agent.
