I had Midlands Real Estate as a landlord for a year and it was fantastic. As a young adult just moving to Nebraska and not living in a house before they made the transition great. The whole process of signing a lease and moving in was so much less stressful than what I've gone through before because of how they set things up. The Team made me feel welcome and well equip if I should need something. They were quick to answer questions if I needed something fixed or just something answered in general. I was so so sad to leave them as my landlords but I just was moving to another town. You cannot find anyone better to work with. I will always recommend this company to anyone in the area. The staff was all amazing to work with no matter who I spoke to or visited with. 12/10 recommend working with this team if you have the choice to.

Joanne was beyond helpful and patient with us as we planned our move from out of state. We had very busy schedules and it was tricky planning trips to look at houses. Joanne jumped right in and had houses for us to look at right away when we arrived in town. We were never rushed or pressured and felt at ease with Joanne. We could tell she really wanted us to get a great place for our family. She was so patient as we looked at house after house and continued to add new houses to the showing list. We are so happy with the home we landed on and are beyond grateful for Joanne's time.
