Very ableist company. Don't let them know you are disabled unless you want the owner herself taking to you like a 4 year old. The property I was renting along with 2 roommates sold and after speaking with the new owner directly, they stated they wanted to keep us in the apartment with only a small rent increase, the management company knew this and evicted us anyway claiming the new owner wanted new tenants who could pay new market rent. By the time the new owner learned about this is was already to late. They also stole our 3,000$ deposit without providing the legally required list of reasons why, over a broken window I replaced. Unless you want to be scammed, don't bother.

Further response to edited reply: Your agency did NOT comply renter rules. I have meta-data time stamped photos of your MLS lock box that was at first casually placed in the hallway. In the state of Utah TENANT authorization is required for placement. We were not even given a courtesy notice, much less asked to approve placement. When I addressed this, I was told the box was removed, only to find it relocated to an outside exterior stairwell. On 2 occasions in February of 2023, buyers agents and their clients walked in unannounced via use of the lock box.
Edit/In response to your reply: I have not reviewed the wrong company. My mother is a tenant of a private property who’s landlord is currently under contract with Presidio - a FOR SALE property of which Presidio and specifically Jennifer Yeo is the listing agent.
Original Review: My mother is a current tenant in a Presidio listed property, in the final 6 months of her long term lease (I am also on the lease in order to oversee my mother’s affairs). Agent(s) and their representatives have repeatedly arrived extremely late for scheduled showings with no courtesy notice or even basic rudimentary, perfunctory communication. Despite the stipulated agreement that all buyers/lookey-loos and agents wear masks d/t my mother’s extreme poor health conditions, they have also neglected to implement this practice in the most egregious fashion. If I were selling property again, I would be mortified for a prospective buyer to see or encounter the obvious discomfort and confusion their total lack of courtesy, etiquette and professionalism has had on a visibly ill, elderly tenant. I cannot imagine using this listing agency.

This company is all about “raising the bar”. Agents are given so much training and help, it shows in all aspects of their work and life! I have been with presidio south valley for almost 2 years and should have joined a long time ago!
