We chose Shae because of her reputation and experience in coppell, and she did not disappoint, helping us to land a house with over 15 offers. The process was really smooth, and Shae took care of everything. She knew the ins and outs of every aspect of the contracts, the neighborhoods, and the houses themselves. As an example, Shae identified a foundation repair that had not been disclosed and we avoided a major headache down the road. We will use Shae for all of our future real estate needs!

I was a first time home buyer with no clue what I was doing. Shae was incredible. From the first time we spoke on the phone I was confident she’d take care of me. She walked me through each step, from setting me up on a website that automatically finds homes that matched my criteria, sending in my first offer, and everything I needed for closing!
Shae went out of her way to be available to me when needed, and if she was unable to make a showing she made sure I was taken care of by her coworker Mason.
She was incredibly quick to get in contact with selling agents, often already speaking with them before leaving the house, and never made me feel pressured to send in an offer or feel bad about changing my mind after she’d put in the work.
