This was my first purchase so I had many questions. Was a bit nervous given higher rates but the team at Stonehaven were able to answer all my questions in detail. They have a great refinancing program which I will certainly take advantage of. They are a close knit team and everyone always knows exactly what is going on. It was a very easy process, very hands off on my end, they took care of it all. Very happy with my new home.

Kyle and his team swooped in when we had last minute issues with getting a clear to close from another company. They were absolutely fantastic, working super quickly to get us funded and cleared in record time (we had a clear to close in 10 days!) at a great rate.
They were absolute lifesavers for us. It's also fantastic to be able to talk directly with the owner rather than have a big organization with a lot of bureaucracy. I wish we had gone with Kyle and Stonehaven from the start.
